Each listing is presented with professional photography, video walkthroughs, and virtual tours. Prospects receive responsive, concierge-style service from first inquiry through move-in, and every applicant is thoroughly screened to protect the owner's investment.

Affordable &
Workforce Housing
Operated through our S8LA division. We list every property on all major online platforms and draw on our network of caseworkers and housing navigators, along with partnerships with all local housing departments, to find the best match for every unit.
We manage the voucher process from start to finish, including Section 8 and other rental assistance programs, inspection readiness, and coordination with housing authorities, so owners get a smooth lease-up and residents get a smooth move-in.

New Construction
Lease-Ups
Both our Luxury and Affordable & Workforce Housing divisions specialize in new construction lease-ups. For every property, we create a full marketing package and a dedicated property website, and assign leasing staff who work only on that building.
We start pre-leasing before the building opens and keep ownership updated with regular reports until the building is fully leased and stable.
